1. Introduction

Welcome to OfferMakers. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our marketplace, including buying, selling, reserving, and negotiating items. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. User Conduct

Users must:

• Provide accurate information during registration and transactions.
• Not engage in fraudulent activities, including fake offers or payments.
• Respect other users and comply with Ugandan laws.
• Not post prohibited items, including illegal goods or services.

3. Payments

OfferMakers supports payments via MTN, Airtel, Stripe, and Direct methods. All payments are subject to verification. Users must provide valid payment proof when required. Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to our refund policy.

4. Reservations and Negotiations

Reservations and negotiations are binding once accepted. Sellers must honor approved reservations, and buyers must complete payments promptly. OfferMakers is not responsible for disputes arising from private agreements outside the platform.

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should be reported to support@offermakers.com. We will mediate in good faith but are not liable for losses incurred. Users agree to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

6. Changes to Terms

OfferMakers reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
